Affordable Legal Drafting provides professional legal document drafting services. Our advocates draft customized legal documents based on the information you provide. We do not provide legal representation or appear in court on your behalf.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Review the drafted documents carefully before use
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not upload malicious files or content
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the drafted document for its intended purpose. The underlying templates, processes, and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services are limited to document drafting. We are not liable for how you use the documents or for any legal outcomes resulting from their use. We recommend consulting with a local advocate before filing any legal document.
6. Payment Terms
Prices are clearly displayed for each service. Payment is required before drafting begins. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7. Revision & Refund Policy
We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
